Rod Sieker is a professional engineer with over 20 years of experience in municipal engineering.
He has an Electrical Engineering background and has been responsible for the evaluation, planning, design and maintenance of industrial, commercial and institutional facilities across a wide cross section of these sectors.
This includes transit facilities, automotive plants, water and wastewater facilities, hotel and entertainment facilities, transformer stations, aviation facilities and office buildings.
Scott Arbuckle has 25 years of diverse land development and urban planning experience and is a Member of the Canadian Institute of Planners, the Ontario Professional Planners Institute and is a Registered Professional Planner.
Scott is recognized by the Ontario Municipal Board (OPPI) as an expert in the area of land use planning.
He has been responsible for various aspects of the development of over 10,000 single-family lots, 400 acres of multi-family development, over 300 acres of commercial development, and more than 700 acres of industrial development, primarily in Western Canada.
He has also been responsible for Transportation Planning and the design of numerous arterial roads, stormwater management facilities, and large transmission and sewer lines.
He specializes in land development, including residential, commercial, and industrial projects, and has provided preliminary and detailed engineering design, site planning, project management and contract administration, and construction supervision.
He has also completed site servicing assessments addressing sanitary, stormwater, potable water supply, and transportation requirements for greenfield developments and redevelopment projects.
Seamus has taught and lectured at a number of the leading architecture schools in the UK, including an ongoing relationship with the University of Ulster in Belfast.
